Yes, there is a limitation. The land in Northern Cyprus is measured in donums. The foreign national cannot buy more than 1 donum of land (which is 1338 square metres or approximately 14000 square feet) for one property. This area of land will satisfy the majority of our clients. In the case where you want a bigger piece of land, this can be easily met by adding members of your family as the owners or by forming a local company to buy the land in its name.
